"Orientate" is a laterality recognition program that is part of a graded motor imagery rehabilitation program designed to address pain and movement issues. This specific program focuses on helping individuals with stroke, CRPS/RSD, and phantom limb pain improve their ability to distinguish between left and right.

In these patient populations, it is common for left/right discrimination difficulties to arise, which can hinder the recovery process. "Orientate" offers a laterality software that provides a wide range of images featuring hands and feet in various positions and postures across nine levels, offering a total of over 1,500 images.

Research has shown that individuals experiencing pain tend to have slower and less accurate left/right identification skills, with a direct correlation between correct left/right recognition and pain levels. "Orientate" has been developed to not only measure this skill but also assist in brain retraining.

For stroke patients, the loss of left or right hemisphere recognition is not uncommon. As part of a comprehensive rehabilitation program, "Orientate" aids in the retraining of the brain, enabling it to perceive and recognize the missing hemisphere, which ultimately helps with brain remapping.
